SSS CASTER-M is a gypsum-bonded Cristobalite Investment
formulated for the lost wax process.

USES:

Lost wax casting of an art metalcraft

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

Use 40ml water for 100 grams powder.(Standard mixing ratio)
Mix for 3～5 min. by mechanical mixer.
Pour the investment along the inside of the ring with gentle vibration.
Hardening time is 4 hours after investing.
(Standard) Burnout timetable
the room temperature to 180℃･････2h.
300℃(572ﾟF)･･････････････････････1h.
300℃ to 700℃･････････････････････4h.
700℃(1292ﾟF)･････････････････････3h.
