Dust-free Alginate Impression Material
Mixing ratio:
25g powder:57ml water
3 measuring spoons:1 measuring cup
Mixing method:
Mix with a spatula for homogeneous consistency.
When mix with an automatic device, follow manufacturer's instructions.
Mixing time:
20-30 seconds
Setting time:
2:20-2:40
These times are in case of mixing in water at 22ºC.
Holding time in the mouth:
1:30-2:00
Strain in compression:
5%-20 %

Method of working:
Loosen powder before use. Dip a spoon lightly into the powder.
Tap the rim of spoon to have a full measure of powder with no voids.
Scrape off the excess powder with spatula to get the level flat.
For each spoon of powder, add 1/3 cup of water at approximately 22ºC.
Colder water retards setting time and warmer water hastens setting time.
Mix with spatula for 20-30 seconds.
Pour it into the tray, press gently into the position and hold immovably for 2 minute until stickiness vanishes.
After removing from the mouth, rinse throughly with running water.
For the best result, pour cast into the impression immediately.
In the case of pouring later, wrap the impression with a wet towel.
Don't store in water.
Storage:
Store closed, cool and dry.
